MEET Sagoo
Sagoo is an intuitive coach, energy healer and holistic practitioner. She combines transformational intuitive coaching along with energy healing including modalities of Reiki, Archangel Light, and Shamanism. Energy work in synergy with intuitive coaching provides the path to uncover the root of the problem and promotes healing emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
Sagoo has always known that her soul's purpose was to help others. She has a B.S. and Pharm.D in Pharmacy. After practicing pharmacy for several years, it was evident that traditional medications and psychotherapy were not the ideal answers for every issue.
During her own healing pursuit Sagoo was introduced to energy work. Energy work quickly became an integral part of her own healing and she knew she needed to share this gift with the world. Her extensive training in Reiki, Archangel Light and Shamanism coupled with her traditional western pharmaceutical training provide her with a very unique set of gifts and skills to pass on to her clients. Meditation, Mindfulness, and Energy work have transformed her life and she is passionate about helping you transform your life.
She lives an inspired and grateful life through her energy healing work and hopes to help you manifest the life you desire. Her passion permeates her being and radiates in an aura of joy and compassion.

Sneak Peek of Sagoo's Chapter
As I entered the building, I was struck by the starkness and immense size of the waiting room. Nervously waiting for my appointment, I observed young women entering in wheelchairs, too weak to walk unattended, and bald from side effects of chemotherapy. I became suddenly overwhelmed by fear and sadness and started crying, which turned into uncontrollable bawling. I realized I did not want to die at the age of forty-one.
This was God’s wake up call to GET OUT.
ENERGY healing sessions
Energy healing sessions are a blend of the powerful healing modalities that are deeply nurturing and emotionally revealing performed in a sacred space.
Reiki and Shamanic healing are some of the modalities that will compose a session.
Reiki is a safe, natural therapeutic technique that reduces stress, pain, anxiety, and provides relaxation, thus promoting the body's ability to heal. Universal life force energy(Reiki) flows through the practitioner to the recipient. As energy is often blocked or depleted when one is sick or stressed, the Reiki energy flows through to revitalize, relax and clear blocked energy. Energy is then balanced on every level: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This clears the energy pathways, allowing healthy energy to flow, and for the body to more easily and effectively continue the healing process naturally.
Shamanic healing helps us to remove unhealthy patterns and limiting beliefs. When we experience pain or trauma it affects our energy field. If we clear this effect, it can be removed from our emotional, mental and possibly the physical fields as well. Many limiting beliefs stem from our unconscious mind. Only about 20% of our beliefs are from our conscious minds, therefore it is vital to get to the root of our unconscious beliefs and clear them to manifest our most beautiful goals and intentions.
